Lugarde / Summerhouses

The walls of these houses consist of a unique system developed and patented by Lugarde, in which the milled wall beams slide perfectly into the corresponding corner posts. These corner posts are reinforced with aluminium strips, a system that highly improves the durability of the garden house under all weather conditions.

The Prima Josephine is approx. 445 cm x 350 cm in size, and delivered as standard with a double door (PE45T), 2 casement windows (opening outwards - PE44T), 2 fixed windows (PJ07T) and a ventilation grate. All windows and doors are fi tted with double glazing. The roof is delivered in loose parts: rafters, roof sections and shingles (i.e. no ready-to-use roof elements).
