Lugarde / Summerhouses

The walls of these houses consist of a unique system developed and patented by Lugarde, in which the milled wall beams slide perfectly into the corresponding corner posts. These corner posts are reinforced with aluminium strips, a system that highly improves the durability of the garden house under all weather conditions.

The Prima Grand Four is delivered, as standard, with two casement windows (PE23 - opening outwards) and a double door (PE24). Double glazed doors and windows are also an option.

  • wall height: ± 215 cm
  • roof height: ± 350 cm
  • thickness of roof boards: 19 mm
  • eaves shingles: ± 25 cm
